Roulette is a game of odds of course but given the different types of roulette the odds are not always the same. The fact that the American Roulette has the double zero as well as the normal zero reduces the chances of winning for the player. That is why it is a fact that  European roulette is much more advantageous to the player.

The odds for these are the same as any other number on the wheel and its 2.36% or 35:1

European Roulette Odds Explained

In European roulette there is no  double zero which is giving a much better chance of winning to the player. Inother words the roulette odds are better. Below is a table showing all the possible outcomes of European roulette along with the odds/probabilities of winning on each spin.
